  • My phone displays use hold or press blue superkey to send pin?

Your phone is looking for its extension number.   Enter in your extension number to connect to the system.  If this does not solve the problem please put in a trouble ticket and an engineer will help you promptly.

  • My phone shows an IP address, reboots and then shows the IP address again?

Your phone is trying to connect to our system and is unable.

Check one of your PC’s to see if you have internet access.

If you do not have internet access, reboot your DSL modem and router. If that does not solve the problem call your Internet service provider.

If you do have internet access open a trouble ticket with Premysis.

  • We are experiencing voice quality and reliability issues. Is there anything we can do?

When your system was installed a Managed router and Switch with QOS was provided.  If you did not purchase these it is highly recommended to install this equipment to ensure voice quality.  If you have these devices and you are still experiencing issues then there is a good chance you are experiencing Internet quality issues, open up a trouble ticket so we run diagnostic test on your circuit.
